Long Grove Civic League
The mission of the organization is to provide services to all ages within the community, to take an active interest in the civic, cultural, social and moral welfare of the community; to provide role models of good citizenship; and to work cooperatively for the benefit of the entire community.

Long Grove Volunteer Fire Department
This is a volunteer organization corporation, which takes care of Benefited Fire District #4. For more information please call 563-285-4637.
 
Scott County Humanes Society

Long Grove Lions Club
This is an organization, which helps to raise money for the Iowa Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation; they also raise money for community projects, through their semiannual pancake breakfasts and serving grilled pork chops at the annual Long Grove Strawberry Festival. Long Grove Cub Scout Pack 203
The Pack was chartered in 1961 and serves boys in grades first through fifth. For more information contact Steve Sorenson at 563-285-7434.

Long Grove Cub Scout Troop 203 
Troop 203 was chartered in 1963. The Long Grove Civic League is the sponsoring organization. The troop serves boys in grades sixth through twelve. For more information contact Kent Jones at 563-285-7074.

Long Grove Sportsman's Club
This organization was incorporated in 1971. Their purpose is to promote conservation and outdoor safety throughout Scott County. Their efforts have been mainly to help and support the residents of Long Grove and the surrounding areas. They sponsor Hunter Safety Courses. For more information please drop a note to P.O.
